Elston is a consumer marketing executive with 20+ years of experience driving product marketing strategies that position start-ups and Fortune 500 companies for accelerated revenue growth and market expansion. Prior to being recruited to lead Fresh ‘n Fit by the previous owner, he was vice president at a healthy food plan company where he led the company from start-up to market leader within 2 years.

Phyllis White
Senior Vice President of Operations
Phyllis has over 20 years’ experience in operations, retail management and customer service, in addition to experience teaching continuing education programs for Franklin Covey Leadership Training, Consulting and Management. Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, she joined our team after serving as Operations Manager in the healthy meal plan industry, where her Customer Success Model increased customer retention for six years in a row.

Mark Livingood
Vice President of Business Development
Mark has over 15 years of experience driving the growth of multiple retail and B2B operations. In his previous role as Sales Representative for Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine, he played a significant role in the tremendous growth of the company by building partnerships and collaborating with the fitness and wellness community. With seven years of experience in the healthy meal plan industry, he has unparalleled knowledge and active participation in healthcare-related promotions, open house and customer appreciation events.

Micah Gower

Executive Chef
With more than 10 years of experience, Micah manages the daily operations of the Fresh n’ Fit Cuisine kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellence in the quality and taste of our food. With a broad knowledge of menu and dessert planning, butchering, pastries, baking, charcuterie and sausage making, Micah’s extensive knowledge translates to meals that are not only innovative but mouth-watering as well.

Santiago Echavarria
Sous Chef
After receiving his BA in Culinary Management with honors, Santiago began his career as a pastry chef and eventually worked his way up to executive chef in a variety of restaurants and hotels in both Georgia and Florida. His 2 decade career includes menu planning and creation, food purchasing, staff recruitment and training, setting up and maintaining kitchen systems as well as being ServSafe and Foley’s School of Fish training certified. By ensuring that the daily operations of the kitchen runs smoothly, Santiago continues to be an integral and well respected part of the Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine team.

Rachael Aguirre

Pastry Chef
“Pastry Chef” are 2 words that most people love to hear and when you taste Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine’s house made protein bars, low calorie desserts and the seasonal treats on our line of Fresh Extras, you’ll understand why. With a degree in Culinary Arts/Hospitality and an extensive background in baking, pastry creation, dessert sauces, menu development, dessert design and execution, A la Carte presentations, bread baking, sugar and chocolate work and generally being one of the nicest people you will ever met, it’s no surprise that Rachael’s contributions to our kitchen are unmatched.

Aaron McCray
Production Chef
Aaron received his Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts in 1997, and has been cooking ever since. Having worked in a variety of roles such as Kitchen Manager, Production Chef and Executive Chef, Aaron has built a solid foundation of experience with menu design and planning, kitchen operations, stock and demi-glaze production, desserts, soups and sauces, as well as specializing in international cuisines.

Ryan Kirley

Production Chef
After spending almost a decade in the customer service and food production industries, Ryan joined Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine in 2017 and has had an immediate positive impact in our kitchen. With a degree in Applied Culinary Arts and a solid background in food service, safety, training and production, Ryan’s commitment to quality and efficiency makes him a valued part of the team.

  • Just a simple request…I am a regular subscriber of the Healthy Mix 5 day dinner plan.
    My husband does the custom 5 day lunch and dinner plan. He raves about the vegetarian meals.
    My request/suggestion is that you consider throwing some vegetarian meals into the Healthy Mix plan. Would that be a possibility?


    • Kevin, Thanks for your comment. We actually do have many vegetarian meals on our Healthy Mix menu. Our chefs try to make the HM menu have a wide variety of dishes. On our current Spring ’17 menu you can enjoy meals like our Black Bean burrito, grilled cheese panini, our crusted quiche, and our bean & cheese enchiladas to name a few. If you would like even more vegetarian meals, you should try our Custom menu where you can create your own menu by selected meals from each of our different menus. You can also add individual meals to any plan (or order them by themselves). So you could order a HM menu and add several individual vegetarian meals with our a la carte option.
