And The Share Your Success Contest Winner is…

15-DecTo16-FebIt was truly a tough decision to go through all of the amazing and positive submissions that we received for our Share Your Success Story contest, but it was inspiring nonetheless. So without further delay, the winner is…Shelly Burton.

As Shelly explains “exercise and healthy eating have played an equally important role in my new lifestyle, and each has required dedication and focus.  As an accountant, I work long hours and was struggling a bit with the time commitment my new lifestyle requires.  I spent an hour and a half each night in the gym, and trying to find the time to plan, shop and prep meals too was taking it’s toll.  I found myself taking a few shortcuts here and there with the planning and prep, and felt my nutrition was suffering for it.”
