Add Our Meals to Your My Fitness Pal Food Diary
MyFitnessPal is a smartphone fitness app and website that is used by approximately 100 million people. You can use it to track your food or exercise and it can be linked to wearable fitness trackers like FitBit to automatically calculate activity into daily calories. There are about 6 million foods that are entered in their database and, you guessed it, some of them are Fresh ‘N Fit Cuisine meals.
Each season, our 4 chefs and professional culinary team create all of our meals while our in-house Registered Dietitian breaks down the nutritional values for each one to make sure they are balanced and calorie controlled to fit in either our 1,200 or 1,800 calories per day servings.
While more and more of our meals are showing up in MFP’s database every day, our officially verified entries will be in the following format:
Smoked Turkey Croissant (Healthy Mix, 1200 Calories/day)
Fresh N Fit Cuisine, 1 meal, with a Cranberry Aioli on a Croissant, & Butternut Squash Bisque, 390 calories
The name of the entrée is followed by the menu it is found on, as well as the calories per day. Fresh N Fit Cuisine is the name of the company/brand which is followed by the servings per container along with the listing of any sauces, toppings, or side dishes.
This format should make it easy for you to find our meals with the most accurate nutritional data. As of right now our Healthy Mix and Vegetarian menus in both 1,200 and 1,800 calories per day plans have been entered into their database. Meals from our Low Carb and Paleo menus will continue to be added as well.
At Fresh ‘N Fit Cuisine, we’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app and website to track our meals and along with regular activity, think it’s a helpful and effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
