30 Day Body By Myokore Challenge Update
The 30 Day Body By MYOKORE Challenge began earlier this month with main goal of having you start the new year off right. With MYOKORE’s suspension training and Fresh ‘N Fit Cuisine calorie and portion controlled meals, anyone who wanted to participate in the challenge was sure to see results.
The challenge is more than half way over so let’s check in on some of the participants to see what kind of success they’ve had.
Heath, who is now 34, had not worked out consistently since he was 15 years old. “I do not do anything to promote a healthy lifestyle so this will be a complete 180 for me.” Find out what he thought 30 days later…
“At the end of the 30 Day Body By MYOKORE Challenge I definitely felt stronger and I had a much easier time sticking to the workouts. I got up each morning and not only worked out but felt obligated by my own drive. At night, I desired the workout because I wanted the physical results.
The hardest part for me was the meals. I have a hard time not eating what I want. Starting in week 4 I started to really watch what I was eating. It has since carried over into my normal day to day life. I haven’t continued the workouts twice daily but I have definitely worked out at least 5 times a week.
The MYOKORE Trainer most definitely made it easier to work out. By the 2nd week I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts.
I feel more set up for success to pursue a healthier lifestyle. I feel great and I feel stronger. I thoroughly enjoyed the MYOKORE Challenge and will most definitely continue to work out.”
