The diet allows for 2 meals a day, lunch and dinner. You can broil or grill beef, chicken, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp as long as you don’t consume any visible fat.
Vegetable choices include spinach, chard, beets, radishes, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, asparagus, and cucumbers.
