Chicken Caesar Salad with Grape Tomatoes and Parmesan.

Healthy Mix: Roast Beef French Dip on Whole Wheat Hoagie, au jus, provolone cheese, and grilled onions.  Beer and Cheddar Chicken with Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus,  Southwestern Turkey Crepes with Tomato Mushroom and Pepper filling with Pepperjack Cheese and Vegetable Medley, Chicken Sausage and Cheddar Scone. Served with Cottage Cheese and Fruit, Fish Tacos on Whole Wheat Tortilla with Sauce.  Served with  Cilantro Cabbage Slaw, stewed Pinto Beans and Salsa Verde.
Vegetarian: Veggie “Sushi” Roll with Edamame Salad and Ginger Wasabi Soy Dressing, Stuffed Mushrooms with Polenta. Pesto Green Beans on the side, Mediterranean Egg White Omelet with Spinach, Feta, Roasted Red Potatoes With Seasoned Home Fries and Veggie Patty.
Low Carb: Raspberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Kale Salad with Pepitas, Goat Cheese, Grape Tomatoes and Toasted Walnut Pesto Vinaigrette, Quinoa, Egg, Feta, Summer Squash “Muffin” with Sweet Potato Hash, Pesto Grilled Chicken with Roasted Artichokes and Tomatoes with Olive Tapenade, Peaches and Cream Oatmeal.
Gluten Free:  Mushroom and Wild Rice Frittata with Baked Tomatoes, Ginger Chicken with Garlic Snowpeas and Mushrooms with Tamari Reduction, Rum Brown Sugar Glazed Shrimp with Mango Chutney.  Served with Island Bean Blend, Thai Chicken Salad with Cucumbers, Lemongrass, Lime, Cilantro and Chilis on on top of Romaine Lettuce.  Roasted Edamame and Corn Salad with Tomato, Scallions, and Fresh Basil with Red Wine Vinaigrette on the side.
