Meal creation starts with our three highly trained and certified chefs who research food trends, popular recipes, and seasonal ingredients to create fresh, healthy meals. The on-staff Registered Dietitian then nutritionally balances the meals ensuring adherence to caloric and nutrition targets. Once the meals are nutritionally balanced, the chefs then prepare the meals with the USDA inspector on-site every day to ensure all safety standards are met. He randomly selects meals for testing at third party labs.

Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine™ offers 4 different menus: healthy mix, vegetarian, as well as the only low carb and gluten free meal plans in Atlanta. The custom option is also available that allows customers to build their own menu selecting from more than 250 meals as well as the ability to order multiples of their favorite meals. We also offer hCG diet approved meals that can be ordered a la carte to use in conjunction with a medically supervised hCG diet.

The Healthy Mix menu offers a variety of lean meats and seafood. The meal plan is low in sodium, low cholesterol, and low fat. The vegetarian meal plan is lacto-ovo. It consists of healthy protein rich vegetables, such as beans and legumes and high protein sources such as tofu, veggie patties, veggie burgers, and low fat dairy. The plan is very low in cholesterol and high in fiber.
