It is a specialty menu with unique nutrition targets. Also, it is great for individuals looking to increase their protein intake. Additionally, it is very helpful to individuals who are having trouble controlling their blood sugar. Each meal is a low carbohydrate meal consisting of approximately 20 grams of carbs for 1200 calorie and 30 grams of carbs for 1800 calorie. Before beginning this low carb meal plan, it is recommended you check with your physician if you have a pre-existing heart condition, hypertension or a chronic kidney condition.
